Lovely experience, amazing therapist the first time I did this treatment.
However, the second time I did the treatment, I was given conflicting advice about the aftercare, the door of the room kept swinging open while I was in there, I was left with bruising on my ribs (which they do warn can happen tbf), and weirdly was told that fat freezing was better than the treatment I was currently receiving.
The fat freezing I did here was better, but the machine is under maintenance apparently

I did much enjoy going to the spa yesterday.
I had a double appointment with Mary, who is very professional, sweet and smiling.
She gave me the best lymphatic drainage massage, my legs are pain free and feel light as they have never been.
I recommend +++ and can’t wait to come back next month!
