I booked LED therapy for body treatment. On the day of the booking I was called by receptionist to confirm on which part of the body i want treatment and I confirmed on the face. When I arrived at the venue he start changing my booking and then said I made a mistake on my booking. I confirmed this is what I wanted and its not the error as its on Treatwell app.After my treatment they decided to charge me extra even if i prepaid. Im feeling very disappointed. Cancelled my upcoming booking.
