My first facial ever and what a lovely experience. Such a beautiful spa in the middle of London. Bernadette was so knowledgeable, listened to my skin needs and just did such a perfect job. Can’t wait to come back soon for a full massage and another facial. Telling all my friends about this spot xx

They had heavy construction (8/8) which I was not informed of before my booking. The facialist apologised and turned the music up but I still heard everything (drills, radio, chatter). The treatment itself was good including facialist’s technique but sadly I did not leave relaxed at all which was a huge disappointment. I understand shops can’t afford to close entirely when maintenance happens but at least inform customers beforehand and perhaps offer a discount for the inconvenience ):
