I'd booked 1hr15m treatment and the treatment finished 15m early. obviously you don't have your watch on during the treatment so you can't tell how long the massage was until you're dressed but I was surprised when I checked the time. Also the massage room was right by the main road, so you could hear pedestrians walking past chatting, this definitely ruined the relaxation vibe. I also felt like my masseuse was in a rush.
