They have recently relocated and failed to make it clear for regulars. It’s a shame as I showed up to the previous location which is 5 min walk from where I live. It was closed and no one was picking up the phone. Not to loose my money I had to rebook the treatment and travel to Spitalfields.
The outdoor of the new location does not look like a spa, the inside either. The team is very lovely, welcoming and kind. They try their hardest to provide good customer service. The treatment was great.

Super location. Relaxing moment with my husband. The massage was good and the ambiance was nice.
I suggest to add more scents in the room to increase the relaxation
