Was running 10 mins late as the trains were on strike. As a result the treatment was a bit rushed - my therapist didn't have time to use a numbing cream before starting the microneedling so the process was rather painful this time.

Really worked on my tight back and felt the benefits after. Room wasn’t very soundproof however so could hear every footstep/ creak in the adjacent corridor and pavement.
