I was a little late on a hot day, but Iman made me feel relaxed and gave me a moment to settle in. The room is a little dark, so some small patches of hairs were missed on my legs - otherwise a very professional and caring service !

Was running 10 mins late as the trains were on strike. As a result the treatment was a bit rushed - my therapist didn't have time to use a numbing cream before starting the microneedling so the process was rather painful this time.
