My return visit to signature clinic to try a NAD injection as heard so much about them , was very nervous as cat explained they sting a little . Was made to feel totally ease again and fully informed of benefits . The clinic is very calming and very modern and super clean . Will definitely have another because as much as the injection made me feel better didn't expect to experience days pain free . I suffer with chronic pain in my back and damaged nerves so wow just wow !!
