Great haircut and highlights. Friendly staff.
First time getting hair cut for 3 years after a bad experience hair modelling but extremely happy with outcome. Carl was funny and extremely attentive of what I wanted helping me keep my length whilst still getting rid of damage and coming up with a cut that would do this and still look cool. Friendly staff with beautiful interior. Well worth money, extremely happy with the outcome Carl is a brilliant hairdresser 10/10 times would go again and know this will be my new frequent. If you fear the going to the hairdressers then fear no more a definite go to.

Shout house is conveniently located very close to the train station in Tulse Hill. The ladies who work there are lovely and Jenny knew exactly what I wanted and spent a lot of time making sure that I was comfortable and understood the colour I was having. I was pleased with the eventual results. Unfortunately there were a couple of incidents which were a real shame. Firstly the lady (who was really nice) who was going to dry my hair did so before brushing my hair - which left my hair in a big knotty mess which involved two people, some pain on my part, and a lot of product to resolve. I ave never had my hair dried before brushed and did say to her that my hair could get a bit knotty if she continued to do it that way. She then got a tiny plastic comb and started to try and get the knots out whilst still drying my hair. I was thankfully rescued by Joanna but it wasn't a very pleasant experience, and a really shame because it was going so well until then, but you can't not train staff on how to dry hair. I was told this was not how the salon would usually do this, which begs the question why it happened. Secondly I had a toner, which I was happy with, but was not what was originally booked. I would advise to the salon that if you give somebody a toner/advise it then you need to tell them there is an additional charge. It may be not be obvious to everyone. Kelly and Joanna are really sweet and lovely and clearly care about customer service, and my colour was great. But a couple of things need to be ironed out hence why I can't give a 5 star review.
