I was happy with the color , but was asked to pay extra because my hair was longer than long. There was no surcharge clarifying that when booked with the app. Contacted the customer service about it and the lady was very helpful and nice.

Always a brilliant haircut and lovely people too. Kelly has loads of talent and years of experience behind her and it's always a delight to talk with her. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Shout House is AMAZING! I have a lot of hair that grows like weeds and lots of stylists seem scared of it and try to hide my ‘natural wave’ (mass of fluff!) but Kelly knew exactly what to do and wasn’t at all worried about taking too much off! The result being I have exactly what I wanted! I love it and I’ll definitely be back! The salon is super-cool and all the staff are lovely. Thanks Shout House! X
