Giovanni was amazing. So attentive and really listened to what I wanted and als made really great suggestions. Products used smelt amazing and the head massage whilst getting my hair washed made me drift off. Overall a great venue and amazing team. So happy with my cut, will be my regular from now on.

I had a fantastic experience at the shout house. I was so happy with my cut, Gionvanni showed excellent attention to detail - constantly checking in with me throughout to ensure I was happy with length/style. The salon and staff are all fab! I will definitely be back.
