Kelly was 10 minutes late, as she thought that the appointment was starting 15 minutes later than it was booked for. She then spent the first 15 minutes shaming me for not having cut my hair more recently (for monetary reasons I have not been able to cut my hair for a few months - my sister was paying for a blowdry to see if it would look good for her wedding) as she tried to upsell me a haircut while I tried not to cry. She took 1.5 hours for the blowdry and my hair looks exactly the same.
