Nice spa and it is a good wax, but the wax was far too hot and the staff member cooled it down by blowing on it for each strip. This seemed very unprofessional and not hygenic.

I haven't had a Hollywood wax for 3 years but this didn't hurt one bit! It was a great treatment, they use high quality wax and the therapist was lovely. It's in the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for
