The service was prompt and on time. The staff is very friendly and nice and the place beautiful. However it was one of the more painful hot wax experiences I have had. The beautician pulled the strips off very slow and even though my hair was quite long the tweezers were in action quite a lot. It's half the price of my usual choice but after this experience I would not go back.
