I had a Brazilian wax with Katarina who was so friendly - I felt at ease immediately. The salon is very clean and Katarina was very quick and efficient- just what you need when getting waxed! Would definitely return.

Katarina is absolutely lovely! She personalises every treatment and tailors your experience to fit your needs and wants. I felt like she knew me forever; she understood everything I asked for and was professional, quick and personable. Her salon is true to it's name- it really is a 'retreat'; the ambience at her salon is perfect if you want to really relax and she encourages you to de-stress while you are with her.
If I had to criticise one thing it would be that my manicure was not 100% perfect (although it was 99% perfect!)- the polish did not fill in my whole nail. However, I'm sure if I had paid a little more attention and pointed this out, Katarina would have fixed it straight away.

Friendly, quick and efficient - Katarina made it easy to relax. Results were great straight away with minimal 'redness' and no missed patches/ stray hairs. Definitely recommend.
