Pricing is not clear. During the facial she asked if I wanted to touch up my brows so I said yes because brow touch-ups are normally free during facials. She didn't clean anything off the top of my brow, only the bottom, and then told me that she doesn't take card at the end. If it's going to cost extra, she should have been upfront about it.

Katarina was very friendly and welcoming from the start. I did a Hollywood wax which was very thorough. I am definitely going to be a regular!

I think katarina is a very nice and sweet lady. However just a few hygiene issues. She didn't wear gloves and used the same spatula to dip into the wax. I don't know how many other people she's used with that one spatula. She also does very large patches at a time, which I'm not used to but maybe that's a personal choice. It was clean otherwise and super friendly staff.
