I thought the staff were very friendly and welcoming although from the moment I laid down for my head spa treatment I felt Devon was being led by Leanne and was still learning the job. She came across very quiet and not very confident and with what she was doing.
I felt there was no hard/firm enough pressure applied to my head and around to feel the actual benefit and the base of my skull was hurting me before the end of the 75 min treatment.
