Ellie was a superstar at my appointment- as were all staff! Id arranged to bring my toddler for her first hair cut while i was also having my colour & while not naughty she wanted to see and touch all and wasnt happy. I was stressed but the team took it in their stride, helped and tried to involve her and made it much easier. She stood relatively still for her trim and i have fantastic hair! Ellie is a dream stylist and i wont make that mistake again! :)
