I’ve put 3 for some because I wouldn’t know, I had a text message saying I needed to rearrange my appointment as they had to cancel it and to do so I was to email them, I had this text on Tuesday, I emailed them Wednesday and by Friday (the day of my original appointment) had no reply, I wasn’t able to cancel the appointment and get a refund so I’ve wasted £10 on nothing, it’s now Monday and I’ve still not replied an email!
