I was shown into a tiny treatment room by a member of staff (Don’t know her name because she barely spoke to me...) My eyebrow was was absolutely fine, but the Brazilian was another story! Firstly she didn’t ask anything (had I had one before, how long since my last wax etc.) or give me any information about the wax or process. It was boiling and I had to ask her to stop and let the wax cool, again she didn’t ask if the temperature was ok. The waxing itself was horrendously painful, I’ve had waxes for over 8 years and this was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. It brought tears to my eyes! I was left with wax still on me, half the job left unfinished and bleeding. When I have feedback about this there was no response given. I don’t know if this particular lady was new, but she seemed to have no idea what she was doing and I would avoid at all costs!
