We stayed here as part of the Fabulous Friday offer, and the first thing to say is that the service and staff throughout our stay were exceptional. From a very warm welcome at the reception to a very professional massage, a friendly concierge service and great bar staff, this was definitely the best level of service we have had in a long time. We were staying for an occasion and had our room upgraded (a very nice touch), and I couldn't fault the location in any way. Just a short walk to the Great Windsor Park (and close to a really nice pub) there's plenty to do, and tennis courts and the pool add to the to-do-list. My only constructive criticism would be that although the food was very nice for dinner, the chef perhaps took a few unnecessary gambles (e.g. with popcorn on the starter!), and although the decor is a little run-down/conference centre style inside (from the outside, the building is very classic in style), all of the above positives far outweigh this. All in all, great value, and a great stay, and we would definitely go back. Thanks to all the staff for the pleasure!

It was a lovely visit for a very decent price. Lovely grounds with pleasant and polite staff. The spa was minimal in the sense that it offers all that you need, no thrills but it is peaceful and nice to destress. The "light" lunch wasnt that light in the sense that you get 2 course - very pleased. If it had been a less cold day, we'd use the tennis courts and bikes outside so with the price in mind, its value for money!

the bikes you can hire for free as mentioned in the deal are all only childrens mountain bikes and are kept outside in the elements so not great condition.
lunch area was not clear with this deal. we had to ask 3 members of staff where to go and it was quite an uncomfortable experience with the corporate guests who surrounded the area. the spa area was good but not worth a long journey to visit.

The spa is basic but had everything we needed for a relaxing day. The pool is nice. The disappointment was the lunch. They were very fussy about my nut allergy and refused most of my menu suggestions and then I was eventually served a horrible salad which no care or attention had been put into. Hey accepted this when I took It back and my new sandwich was nice but I felt like I needed the spa after the exhaustion of getting a suitable lunch!! It was a nice day overall but i don't think id pay more and go elsewhere next time.

We stayed for 2 nights with the detox spa package. The weather was fantastic so we spent a lot of time in nearby Windsor Park (15 min walk), returning to the hotel in the evening. It's important to note that there is no air con in the room, so if you stay in warm weather sleep will be difficult! Other than that the room was fine, with a nice view over the hotel grounds.

Food in the restaurant was fairly average, breakfast was very nice, dinner was slightly underwhelming, with the 3 course dinner being limited by a poor selection of starters & sweets. The choice of mains was good however, and the staff were very customer service oriented.

Our biggest disappointment were the spa facilities. The facilities consist of a pool, sauna and steam room; the steam room was fine, sauna was not working on the second day & the pool was full of children. There are children's swimming lessons between 4-8pm, we went after this to enjoy the relaxation but the time rule was not enforced, so had to endure screaming & shouting children - the exact opposite of what a spa should be. We've stayed at a number of other spas and this hasn't been an issue, so was an unwelcome surprise which really detracted from the stay.

So overall a mixed bag, but we struggled to see where the value for money came from in spending almost £500 for 2 nights with average room/food & a poor spa, the great weather definitely saved the day!

Basic Spa Day, the main purpose to switch off, read a book & enjoy a little pampering. Enjoyed swimming in the pool during a quiet period - seating around the pool is limited (6 beds) which could hamper enjoyment during a busy period. Steam room & sauna - again I enjoyed these during a quiet period. Jacuzzi was disappointing - bubbles far too gentle & not particularly warm. There is a separate relaxation room with tea facilities - too dark for reading & the chairs are quite low down so difficult to get on/off. Good choice for Lunch, which is served in the bar area - excellent service, good food and comfortable. Overall good value. Any busier and the experience would have been hampered.

Loved the fact kids are allowed until 11 am only, giving nice relaxed atmosphere afterwards, Relaxation room idea is good but you could hear everything behind the door, e.g. voices, et (perhaps needed to re-think the relaxation room location), great staff at Spa, nice lunch. ESPA bath accessories a nice touch but would be even better if body cream/lotion was provided. Overall great value, thank you

I was at Saville Court Spa on Friday 5th February and found it excellent value for money at £89. This included use of the spa facilities a 25 min back and neck massage and 25 min facial and a two course lunch. However I did find the Jacuzzi very small and could only fit about 3 people in comfortably. There were not enough beds around the pool to relax on however there was no other space to fit any more in anyway. Lunch was excellent however there were only two tables which had already been taken by the time I got there which meant I had to eat my soup from my lap whilst sitting at the seating area which only had coffee tables in which to place my food. I found the relaxation room not very relaxing as it was too close to the reception and when a group of females were checking in you could hear the conversations whilst inside the room. I also found a couple of people using mobile phones inside the room and maybe should be advised not to bring them in as it is meant for relaxation purposes!!! It may be an idea to have candles and relaxing music in there too. I would definitely go again however I do think these issues should be addressed as I have noticed from other reviews they have also highlighted these concerns.

Great value day spa break with very nice lunch. Good sized pool and nice facilities. Was so relaxed that we didn't get a chance to bike, gym or play tennis!
