Had one of the worst cuts in August ever. The layers were choppy and too far apart. The appointment started late and was rushed. She had no idea how to style curly hair and left looking like Monica from friends. I cried when I got home. Thankfully the Salon did cut my hair again with another hairdresser (who was nice) after I messaged them. She said herself that the layers were VERY uneven. That hairdresser did her best but it’s been 6 weeks and my hair still looks ridiculous when straight.
