Loved Summer. A really lovely girl. I think she lacked confidence. My short bob wasn't really styled enough for me. She had another customer waiting and I felt that l was rushed through the system. I would have liked my hair to tapered into my neck, it wasn't. Didn't want to say anything on the day because she looked rushed.
