It is the first time I have used this salon.
I wear hearing aids and always dread visiting a salon. Jade was so reassuring and I could hear her every word without my heading aids which is a big plus.

Charlotte was new for me, usually I have my treatments with Sarah, but she made me feel comfortable, was really friendly and we chatted for the entire appointment.
