Waiting 40 minutes for my nail appointment and still no sign of it getting started, with barely an apology and no indication that I’d probably be waiting an hour. I had to walk out in the end.

First time we’ve been to Natalie but it won’t be the last. The salon was very clean, there was a nice warm atmosphere and staff were very friendly and professional. My daughter loved her new hair style. I would definitely recommend.
