Sophie always makes me feel at ease and is so helpful in getting me what I want out of my visit. The salon is lovely and welcoming.
I never try anything new with my hair and after getting my balayage I’m glad I tried something different. I will be back soon for a refresh.
I've been using Ruby Scissors for around 3 or 4 years now - this on it's own is a big thing for me as I'd previously visited so many different salons trying to find a hairdresser that was right for me.
I feel so luck to have found Sophie and her gorgeous salon. I always leave feeling really pleased with my hair and she always takes time and care to ensure she's clear on what I want and I'm clear on how it will turn out. I've even been before and she's rightfully told me that my hair can't cope with more bleach and given me alternatives that will leave her making far less money but my hair looking better for it.
She's also really accommodating if I have to bring my daughter with me and makes us both feel so welcome.
I really couldn't recommend her enough, she's amazing at colour and cuts, another rare find in the world of hairdressing, especially when the cost is so competitive.
