Not an overall good experience. 2010 pounds for balayage (which was a normal highlight) cut of the ends and a toner. They did not want payment by card, so I had to take out cash. This made it even more expensive because of the taxes you get from withdrawing money in another country. Was asked if I wanted Olaplex treatment for 45 pounds. I said okay, but when I was gonna pay, it suddenly was 100 pounds extra and not 45 as I was told when I started treating my hair.
