Was a lovely massage however just a little off putting as the therapist was listening to a podcast / audiobook whilst undertaking the massage which I could hear and therefore I felt like it was going through the motions rather than personal and focused on what my body needed

Kat is absolutely brilliant at her job, I'm always made to feel so welcome and comfortable during waxing. She is warm dn friendly, very efficient and always professional.
