Jade was very attentive and thorough, and listened to feedback from me when about the temperature of the wax. She genuinely seemed to care about the service she was providing. Jade did the waxing and pedicure well, and most importantly, I had no problems with the wax the next day (which often happens when the wax is too hot). It was very relaxing and calm.
