Unfortunately not a great experience. I asked for the pressure to be light - medium and I was in a lot of pain. I was flinching and saying ouch a lot but Cat didn’t take this on board and carried on with the extremely firm pressure. I suffer with fibromyalgia & therefore feel pain more easily. This was on my form, so should have been noted. I have bruises all over my back which I have photo evidence of. Sadly won’t be returning!
