Bethany introduced herself to me , explained what a lava shell massage was and asked me if I’d prefer a pillow instead of placing my face in the hole which really pleased me as it has spoilt my treatment in the past as I get claustrophobic !!!

I was a few minutes late but received a warm welcome from Jessica all the same, lovely manicure and pedicure, love the colour & really enjoyed a relaxing hour chatting with Jessica as she did my nails. I will definitely return.
