Bethany introduced herself to me , explained what a lava shell massage was and asked me if I’d prefer a pillow instead of placing my face in the hole which really pleased me as it has spoilt my treatment in the past as I get claustrophobic !!! The treatment was amazing !

Head massage was lovely, really friendly professional staff. Treatment rooms are behind the gym reception so doesn’t really have a spa atmosphere
