I was extremely well looked after by Ceyda, who is lovely and has excellent technique and very good attention to detail. The room was very nice and comfortable even in the super-hot weather, and the products used were also very good. I will be back soon.
My only reason for giving 4* for ambience instead of 5 is because the spa is co-located with a fairly busy gym, but there is no noise from the gym when you are in the spa area, and the treatment rooms themselves are very nice.
