Abbie was warm and friendly from the outset and considerate throughout the treatment in terms of pressure, heat of the shells, and conversation. The massage therapy was of an excellent standard and I came away feeling calm, light, and completely relaxed. I throughly recommend Abbie as a therapist and the lava shell massage is particularly good!
