It was my first time at Rosa’s and it was such a lovely experience! The treatment was in a separate room with calming music, which made it so easy to relax. I felt really comfortable the entire time. Rosa was so kind—she kept checking in on me and talked me through each step of the process, which I really appreciated. At the end, she even said she’d follow up with me in a few weeks to make sure I’m still happy with the results. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
