I was absolutely terrified to have my first Hollywood wax but as soon as I got to The Retreat the staff were so professional and welcoming this put my mind at ease. The therapist was absolutely lovely explaining how lycon hot wax works and talking me through every step of the way to make me feel comfortable. The experience was as pain free as possible. Definitely will be coming back highly recommended !
