I’ve not had a hot stone massage before. It was absolutely amazing. Diane explained it all to me and she was extremely professional and took a great deal of time and effort to make my experience fabulous. I would definitely recommend The Retreat to others. Also I had a voucher which was running out and I wanted an evening appointment so she extended the time so I could use in after expiry.
