I had my eyebrows shaped and the lady reassured me as I have somewhat thick eyebrows and previous experiences where too much hair was taken. She really listened to what it was that I wanted.

Was a bit stressed on arrival but its such a lovely atmosphere that I relaxed immediately.
The treatment was incredible and exactly what I needed. I felt like i'd just melted into a bubble of ultimate relaxation.
