Five stars for Rachel. I came in for a wash, cut, and blow‑dry and left feeling amazing. Rachel really listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, and delivered a cut that suits me perfectly. The blow‑dry was bouncy, smooth, and exactly the finish I hoped for. Such a lovely experience from start to finish.
