I spent ages choosing this particular facial and I'm so glad I did. It was fantastic. Diane was the perfect therapist and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The heated bed was nice touch. The facial massage was superb and my skin looked wonderful afterwards which was a nice surprise as after some facials I've been left looking red and blotchy. I particularly liked the skin care range used as it felt (& smelled) delicious. I was even given a sample pack to take home to use.
