Ended up with wax on my nice top. Shouldn’t have been a problem as I only had a leg wax. The heated wax was at my upper end so had to be transferred to my lower body and spilt on my clothes ruining my top. Will not go back
Another time I was told categorically by the same therapist that I just had a bruise on my big toe and it was not infected when in fact it was and then covered in gel. Would not have had gel if I had known and started treatment for the infection
