This was my first visit to The Retreat and really loved my reflexology with Lyndsey. Will definitely be back and can highly recommend if you have never had this before. I have regular treatments for my own well-being and Lyndsey is an excellent therapist.

Pedicure an apprentice young lady did my treatment and honestly you would have thought she was fully trained.
