I know Nikita (sorry not sure of the spelling) is young and new, and everyone deserves a chance, and I am all for that. She is very nice, but lacks any softness. There is no lovely welcome as you come in (I have to say I have always noticed that when I arrive, its not a very friendly atmosphere - no big smiles!). The wax itself was only partially completed (I only noticed when I got home) and I wasn't offered 'along the top' although I did ask, and she did it.
