I felt a bit cold and had to ask for a towel to cover me. The heating hadn’t been put on which Jess then did.
When I was ready to leave another customer came in and just interrupted saying she had an appointment with the other therapist. From then I was ignored. I was trying to make another appointment but both therapists focused on the new customer and ignored me. I felt totally insignificant.
