Easily the most professional, focused and person centred deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. It feels like a bit of a work out at times but even the worst of knotted areas Nicole always has an answer for! I come away feeling relaxed but also like Nicole’s given the very best care and treatment possible for my injuries or problem areas.

The Retreat is welcoming and offers a calm and relaxed atmosphere in which Nicole works her magic! Using her skill and expertise in the two treatments I have had so far, Nicole has certainly made quite a difference, as the tensions and knots that I presented her with, have started to loosen their grip! I plan to return for more treatments on a fairly frequent basis.
