My only complaint is that the service description on Treatwell was not correct. I thought I booked a gel manicure but instead it was simply a gel application. However the staff is very nice and good. They also removed my existing gel even if I didn’t book it (again the description of the services require a lot of improvement)

I've only ever been for a Brazilian Hot Wax a handful of times, but in town where its seemingly overpriced. I'd also prefer to 'shop local' as it were. I found the salon on here, booked for the same day - they called to confirm the appointment due to a bit of a mix up online but everything was very well handled.
The waxing itself was faultless - and a much better experience than I've previously had. Hot wax was spot on, but it was followed up with taking a few shorter hairs out with strip wax and the odd rouge hair was tweezered out. Incredible service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I'm already booking in for the next wax!
As usual The Remedie Rooms shine as always with their friendliness and treatments are exceptional. I have been going there since the beginning and will stay to the end...... I really believe I am the Glam Fairy now!!!!!
