Immediately rebooked! I was super nervous about having lymphatic drainage but Claire done her best to put me at ease ahead of the appointment and it turned out that i had nothing to be nervous about and i actually fell asleep. Claires knows her stuff and so lovely and kind.

I injured my knee several months ago and thought it would get better over time but in fact it got worse. Josie did some initial tests to ensure the knee itself wasn't the problem (which it wasn't) and identified the issue as being hamstring related. She treated it so well that I was moving freely as soon as I left the treatment room albeit with some residual pain that lasted for a few days and has since gone completely.

I've been seeing Josie for many years. She's very experienced, knowledgeable and always manages to fix me and keep me running. Highly recommended! (there's a bus stop right outside and free parking too)
