I honestly had the best sports massage I’ve ever experienced. For months I’d felt like a cardboard cut-out, with severely restricted movement in my shoulder and constant neck pain from overtraining and not stretching enough. The improvement in my mobility and overall comfort has been incredible. Claire has absolute gold hands and worked wonders where nothing else seemed to help. I’m so impressed that I’ll be making this a monthly appointment going forward. I can’t recommend Claire enough.
