Avoid this "spa" at all costs. I booked and paid for a 90 min massage online. 10 minutes after the start of the massage, therapist had a prolonged coughing fit and ran out of the room, and did not return for several minutes. No refund was provided.

I hate leaving a bad review but I am truly disappointed from the massage I received. I booked a sport massage for 1 hour which was not cheap! And I specifically asked to focus on my knee as I recovered from mcl injury. Instead, I received a Thai massage which was painful and left me bruised.
I've asked multiple times to focus on my knee and I want a sport massage but she carried on.
I would like the costumer service to contact me asap to discuss it further.
