The massage was great but I had booked my hair appointment straight after the massage and despite finishing at 6.59pm from the massage for a 7pm hair appointment the hairdresser had gone home! I was really upset and dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of service. I was promised a refund and haven’t received anything. I’ll never be booking again. Very poor customer service

I’ve tried emailing the front desk, the front desk manager and have asked for the hotel managers email and spa managers email to no avail. Extremely disappointed in the service and the lack of communication since I sent an email addressing my concerns and complaint.
